• Modify or prompt the AI in any way to steal, lie, or mislead customers or other users.
• Engage in any behaviour that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Use the AI to harm, defraud, or mislead others, or for purposes that are fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful.
Intellectual Property
3.1. The software and all associated services provided by Dealer Surge AI are licensed exclusively to Dealer Surge AI and its clients.
3.2. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works of the software or any associated services without prior written consent.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1. Dealer Surge AI is not liable for any issues, errors, or damages caused directly or indirectly by the AI, including but not limited to:
• Hallucinations or inaccuracies (e.g., giving incorrect information).
• Missed appointments, lost opportunities, or revenue.
• Unauthorized discounts, sales, or offers made by the AI.
• Legal claims or lawsuits arising from the use of the AI, whether directly or indirectly caused.
4.2. Dealer Surge AI disclaims all liability for any consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its services.
5. Payments and Cancellation
5.1. Payments are made monthly via credit card and charged automatically on the same day each month.
5.2. To terminate your services, a 30-day written cancellation notice is required.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
6.1. Dealer Surge AI reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting.
